Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected by Elevate Automation Solutions (EAS). This page explains what data we hold, how to request deletion, and what to expect after your request.

1What Data We Collect

EAS may collect and store the following personal data when you interact with our website, lead capture forms, or automated messaging systems:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Business name and type
IP address and browser data
Form submission timestamps
SMS conversation history
Appointment booking records
Meta / Facebook interaction data (via Pixel)
Google Analytics session data

2How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, use one of the following methods. All requests are processed within 30 days.

Method 1 — Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

→Your email address (used when submitting forms on our site)
→Your phone number (if provided)
→A brief description of the data you want deleted

Method 2 — Written Request by Mail

3What Happens After You Request Deletion

Acknowledgment within 5 business days

We will confirm receipt of your request via email and provide a reference number.

Data deleted within 30 days

Your personal data will be permanently deleted from our CRM (GoHighLevel), email systems, SMS records, and website database within 30 days of your verified request.

Deletion confirmation sent

Once deletion is complete, we will send you a written confirmation that your data has been removed.

Third-party systems

We will also submit deletion requests to third-party platforms that may hold your data, including Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook), and Twilio. Note that these platforms have their own deletion timelines.

4Exceptions — Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes:

  • —Data required to comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention)
  • —Data necessary to complete a transaction or service you requested
  • —Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you
  • —Data retained as required by applicable law for a defined period

5Your Additional Privacy Rights

In addition to data deletion, you may also request:

ACCESS

A copy of all personal data we hold about you.

CORRECTION

Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

PORTABILITY

Transfer of your data to another service provider.

OPT-OUT

Opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP to any message.
